(Afton Hee Haw Dance) Mike: Last week we told you about an upcoming senior event in Afton. The Hee Haw dance was on Saturday Evening May 8th. We had an opportunity to talk to the organizer and get some insight using obscure Hee Haw lingo

Mike: In addition to locals being at the event folks from Southwest City Missouri, Grove, and Vinita also attended. As mentioned the Afton seniors meet the first and third of each month. Admission is by donation to learn more, call the number on the screen.

OK LT GOV Visits Miami Travel Info Center


Mike: Also on Saturday May 8th Oklahoma Lieutenant Governor Matt Pinnell visited Miami with his family to promote Oklahoma Tourism. We had an opportunity to speak with him and ask how state tourism will be as the covid-19 pandemic appears to be concluding.

#3 (One Shot/Video) Route 66 Fest Mike: This week the City of Miami officially announced their upcoming Route 66 Heritage Feast, if you missed our livestream of CASA’s Cherish the Children cruise night you were ahead of the curve. Here’s a sampling of that interview
